This policy covers information collected through this website, operated by Rasembli Research Incorporated ("Rasembli", "we", "us"). This site is a placeholder published while the PA-KDNC programme is in development; it hosts no user accounts, no customer data and no product telemetry.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to submit through the inquiry form: your name, organization, professional email address, the inquiry type you select, and any message you write. Our hosting provider also records standard server request logs (including IP address and user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

3. How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate potential research, defence-innovation or partnership engagements. We do not use submissions for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to marketing distribution without your explicit request.

4. Sensitive and controlled information

This website is an unclassified public channel. Do not submit classified, protected, controlled-goods, export-controlled or operationally sensitive information through it. Material of that nature received through this form will be deleted, and we will ask you to re-engage through an appropriate channel.

5. Storage, retention and security

The site is served over TLS (HTTPS) with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider and are accessible only to authorised Rasembli personnel. We retain inquiries only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as required by applicable law, and then delete them.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and comparable legislation, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Send such a request through the inquiry form, selecting "General", and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

7. Changes to this policy

As the programme matures beyond this placeholder phase, this policy will be revised. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
